GNEMA Honors Outstanding Industry Professionals at Spring Association Meeting

Monticello, NY — April 14, 2026 — The Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association (GNEMA) proudly recognized eight exceptional individuals with its Motorcoach Professional Awards during the Spring Association Meeting held in Monticello, New York.

The annual awards program celebrates employees who demonstrate excellence in safety, leadership, customer service, and operational performance within the motorcoach and travel industry. Each honoree was nominated by their company and recognized in front of industry peers, leaders, and colleagues. Award recipients received a commemorative plaque, cash prize and giveaways.

Motorcoach Professional Award Recipients

Manuel Costa, Coach USA – Suburban

Taylor Grillo, Greyhound Lines
Mr. Grillo is recognized for his exceptional operational leadership and dedication to excellence. As Garage Manager, he ensures fleet readiness and safety while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. His proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement have made a measurable impact on operations.

Earl Jones, Lakeland Bus Lines
Mr. Jones is celebrated for his professionalism, dependability, and unwavering commitment to customer service. A trusted and respected team member, he consistently delivers a safe, positive experience for passengers while embodying the values and standards of his organization.

Earl Edwards, Panorama Tours
Mr. Edwards is recognized for combining technical driving expertise with a genuine passion for customer care. His ability to connect with passengers and create a welcoming, enjoyable travel experience has earned him consistent praise and made him a preferred driver among groups.

Jenniene Walker, Peter Pan Bus Lines
