The Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association holds several annual events throughout the year. These events are meant to not only promote the motorcoach industry, but also to bring the representative groups within the industry together to facilitate improved business practices and interactions. Our annual events include:
- The Group Leader Appreciation Day & Marketplace brings together our Destination & Tourism partners and operator members for a high-energy showcase. Each year, our operator members bring busloads of group leaders to explore the exhibit hall, discover exciting tour destinations, and connect with attractions. Open to all attractions and destinations, this event creates valuable opportunities for destination members to generate new group tour business.
- The Mini-Marketplace is designed for our Allied Supplier Members and Annual Sponsor Partners who offer products and services to motorcoach owners and operators. During our Spring and Fall meetings, tables are set up for the members and sponsor partners to connect with operator members, whether to catch up with familiar faces, make new introductions, or showcase your products and services.
- BISC East - The GNEMA Safety Day powered by BISC EAST is held annually, during our Fall Event days. BISC meetings bring together motorcoach operators, safety and maintenance directors, manufacturers and service suppliers for collaboration and information-sharing.
- Driver Safety Competition - This competition is not just about showcasing driving skills but also about reinforcing our mission and commitment to safety and community within the motorcoach industry.
- Golf Outings, Meet & Mingles, and more! – We love getting together and having good times, become a member today to join in on the fun!
- Luncheon Membership Meetings offer an excellent opportunity to learn, share, and network with leading bus owners, tour operators, and vendors in the Greater Northeast. Attendees also hear from expert speakers on key industry topics and emerging trends.
- Annual Driver Safety Meeting – This program is designed exclusively for our members' drivers. Meeting topics are focused on strengthening driver readiness, safety, and professionalism.
- Educational Seminars – Gain insights from industry experts on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities as they arise, keeping you informed and ahead in the motorcoach industry.
- Business-Focused Educational Webinars – Learn from subject matter experts on a wide range of business topics to help grow and strengthen your organization.
- Annual Motorcoach Professional Awards - Honors employees that demonstrate excellence and professionalism in the industry.
- Scholarship Award Luncheon – Two awards are distributed; one to full-time employees or the dependent children of full-time employees of Operator Member companies and one to full-time employees or the dependent children of full-time employees of Allied Members companies.
