We have a learning opportunity for you. The FMCSA sessions on the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse have all but filled-up. Mandatory use of the Clearinghouse will begin on January 6, 2020. To provide the information you need, we are partnering with an old friend, John Cheruka, to bring you information on said subject.

To help the motor carrier industry and ELD providers prepare for December 16, 2019, after which all motor carriers and drivers subject to the ELD rule must use ELDs to record driver hours-of-service data, FMCSA has scheduled a series of live question and answer sessions. There are two options to attend: a webinar format, or a listen-only phone line.
